Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. With this in mind, we are happy to provide a refund for any reservation canceled in accordance with the following terms:
Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation will be subject to a 40% contract charge and are non-refundable. If you cancel within less than 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time for airport rides, or if the passenger elects not to appear for a pickup (a “no-show”) without notification, we cannot issue a refund. Refunds, when approved, usually appear in your account within 10 business days. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, except if canceled within the specified cancellation window.
By signing and/or entering your credit card information into our reservation system, you agree to abide fully by Nick Limousine’s contract terms. Each individual, joint, or company cardholder authorizes Nick Limousine (https://nicklimousine.com/) and affiliated companies providing services to clients to charge the credit card for any of the following: deposits, cancellation fees, damages to vehicles, waiting charges, additional stops or mileage, and any other rendered services. Service hours are calculated in half-hour or full-hour increments (depending on the vehicle type) and are charged if the reservation is not canceled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled ride.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Nick Limousine will only release account information when necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Nick Limousine, our users, or others.
Credit Card Processing
All payments made by credit card, PayPal, or other direct payment networks are subject to a 3.5% processing convenience fee.
Additional Disclosures
For certain rides, we may use affiliated companies or independent contractors (referred to as “farm-out” providers) and their vehicles. These third parties are covered by their commercial insurance, bonds, and state licenses (TCP) to provide transportation services.
They are authorized by airports and comply with local and state regulations. Please note that these affiliates may bill you directly.
Airport Arrivals and Departures
Nick Limousine does not guarantee or assume responsibility for any changes in arrival or departure schedules. It is solely the client’s responsibility to accurately calculate the time needed to reach their destination. We recommend that clients independently verify flight arrival and departure times. If there is a delay that results in more than a 30-minute wait, an additional charge equal to one hour at the negotiated rate will apply.
If a passenger fails to show up or does not contact our office, full charges may still apply. For multiple stops, rides with multiple pickups/drop-offs (except for hourly contracts) may incur an additional charge of $20-$80 per stop. Additional waiting time charges will also apply if a non-airport pickup exceeds a 15-minute wait period beyond the agreed-upon time.
Charges and Card Authorizations
All reservations are subject to pre-authorization to verify the accuracy and validity of the payment method. If the credit card on file is invalid, expired, declined, lost, or stolen, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice, unless a valid payment method is provided. Rates, terms, and policies are subject to change without notice. All rates and conditions are contingent on prior reservation with confirmation.
Contract Agreement
A 20% gratuity will be added to all final bills unless it is already included in the contract or provided as part of an all-inclusive package.
Rates, Regulations, and Liability Disclaimer for All Vehicles
- Alcohol consumption by passengers under 21 years of age is prohibited in all vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol consumption.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A $150 cleaning fee will apply per incident without exceptions. The use of any illegal drugs is also prohibited.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle. The cardholder is liable for full repair costs. A fee of $75-$300 will be charged for excessive cleaning or sanitation requirements.
- Unruly passengers may be dropped off at the driver’s discretion without a refund.
- We are not responsible for any claims related to missing, damaged, left-behind, or stolen property.
- In case of a major mechanical issue, accident, or other unexpected problem, a replacement vehicle may be provided, and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse to drive on unsafe roads and to deny service to anyone.
- Passengers should be aware that vans and SUVs are higher than standard vehicles, which may make entry and exit more challenging, especially for elderly guests or those with medical conditions. Guests should exercise caution when getting in and out.
- Children under 8 years old must be in a car seat or booster seat, and children 4′ 9″ or taller must be secured by a safety belt in the back seat.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their seating capacity.
Estimates are subject to rate changes, and approved final quotes are valid for 24 hours. Rates are subject to availability. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed with a valid payment method. All charges, overtime fees, and damage costs are assessed at the driver’s discretion and will be billed accordingly. Prices quoted to clients are estimates only.
